Advertising is advertising or promoting a product, service or message with
the aim of attracting the attention or interest of a certain audience. However, the
existence of promotional boards or billboards also often raises its own problems.
Many billboards are installed illegally without permission from the authorities, or
are even built with construction that does not meet technical regulations, thereby
potentially endangering the surrounding environment. This research was
conducted with the aim of finding out the role of law in this problem and who should
be responsible when an accident occurs from a legal perspective. What legal action
